Two Oh Fourteen

Welcome to 2014.

My primary goal for this year is to complete my first triathlon. The Tonbridge Triathlon is on 5th May and I am entered into the sprint distance category.

The cycle and run distances don’t daunt me, although training will definitely be required. The swim however scares me silly. It’s only 400 metres, a snip for even modest swimmers, but that’s a mountain to climb for me.

And, because it’s January, I will also be taking on the Janathon challenge again; if you don’t know about this, head over to http://www.Janathon.com. The daily-blogging part of this challenge is usually the hardest for me.

  1. good luck with the Janathon-ing and more importantly best of luck for the Triathlon, I might be ultra-ing that weekend but if I’m not I might head down that way and show a bit of support 🙂
