Err, except of course it didn’t happen quite like that …

But through mud & puddles,
We went and we ran anyway

Janathon day 3:

• Volunteering at Tonbridge park run (a couple of the photos I took below)
• Swimming 20 lengths: 10 at 1-minute intervals + 10 with pull bouy
• 3.3 mile run
